B. APPROVE GRANT APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS EDUCATION AGENCY FOR FUNDING TO ENHANCE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE JUVENILE PROBATION JUVENILE JUSTICE ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM. A NEW GRANT APPLICATION WITH NO COUNTY MATCH.
C. APPROVE GRANT APPLICATION TO THE SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH AGENCY THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES FOR A GRANT TO ENHANCE THE ALCOHOL & DRUG TREATMENT SERVICES PROVIDED BY JUVENILE PROBATION. A NEW GRANT PROGRAM WITH NO MATCH REQUIREMENTS.
D. APPROVE GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE FY 03 CHILD CARE LOCAL MATCH AGREEMENT WITH WORKSOURCE, THE GREATER AUSTIN AREA WORKFORCE BOARD. THE AMENDMENT INCREASES THE COUNTY FUNDS CERTIFIED AS CHILD CARE EXPENDITURES AND INCREASES THE REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT.
