>> second.
>> good morning.
>> I say that from facilities management perspective, it's very hard to, not easy to replace all this great experience that facility management lost due to this retirement. I would like to say that on fib the 1st, 1990, mr. Kasper -- [indiscernible] on February 1st, 1990, snake, his nickname, started working until his retirement in December of 2002. His ability to use good common sense and good public relation practices in his job performance as a security guard was appreciated by many employees as well as his co-workers. He always showed outstanding skill in his job function and outside the scope of his duty. Last but not least, he was very punctual reporting to work on time or even more so before he started the shift. We are going to miss snake and I wish you good luck in your retirement.
>> thank you.
>> great.
>> I can't let it get away. I have to -- I have to ask where this name came from? [laughter] we are entitled to know that, unless -- if it's something that we can know.
>> well, when I was a little kid in taylor, well, I played baseball and I played on the church league, you have to go to church at least twice a month to play for that church and actually I will just go twice, then I needed to go somewhere's else twice. So the preacher, he wasn't familiar with me, I played first base, I was long and tall, left handed. And he kept pointing at me and said i'll just call you snake, that's where I got my name. That's --
>> the preacher called you snake and that's what I’m going to call you.
>> the name talks.
>> taylor has got a few names.
>> what did you get during your baseball days?
>> thank you so much, we really appreciate your service. [ applause ]
>> mr. Kasper we do have a beautiful proclamation for you here. You have to take this with you once we give it to you. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And we really do appreciate your dedication and hard work and wish you all of the success in the world in your retirement. Do plenty of fishing, take up golf.
>> no. Not yet. We're not nearly as mean as you thought.
>> we put that in a beautiful plaque for you.
