Let's go back to pick up 14. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding schematic design for phase 2, precinct three office buildings.
>> good morning, roger from facilities management department.
>> good morning, roger. In front of you we have a schematic design for the buildings at the precinct 3. One of them the [indiscernible] clinic and the other one we call it precinct 3 office building for the justice of peace and constable and techs office. And -- and travis -- [indiscernible] the department, the design in-house was [indiscernible] consultant, mechanical, we have some help from the mechanical and electrical engineers to finish the spelling. At this time we represent to you that this -- it's a preliminary design, a preliminary design and the tenant approved and they are satisfied with the layout as -- as presented. There's one variation from the -- from the program, that -- the program is this time when we try to start designing this building, those two building, we have to design for the two stories. Because what's been approved now is one story and half of the second story. Now what we try to do is because we are going to design the accommodation for two stories, we are going to bring the electrical to the site for two stories and mechanical and also the -- the structure itself, then we decided that, you know, it would be much better for us to do -- at this time to do a closure, you know, for the second half of the two story, only it was a brick and structure element. No [indiscernible], none of those element as finish and fill. And -- this is going to keep us [indiscernible] in case we have to expand. We don't have to interrupt the folks that are working on the first level. To take out the roof and extend the buildings, you know, upward. So -- so at this time it's also most economical to do this enclosure for the structure, it's going to be handled within the contingency that we have on project.
>> roger, is that not a very similar technique as to what we did on gardner-betts in the sense that it was a shell out because it would be so disruptive to have to go in after the fact to be able to add some cell. It's all there and the infrastructure there is, but it's really for another time. Because it would be so disruptive.
>> that's right.
>> that's the only issue we should know about, roger?
>> that's correct.
>> so -- so as far as you know we are in good shape on the budget and stakeholders buy-in?
>> that's correct.
>> any more questions, discussion?
>> we have got some good -- I know it's another precinct, but we got, we continue to get excellent bids, so the soon are that we can get these documents, for precincts 2, office building, can be almost half a million under budget, came in.
>> move approval of the schematic design.
>> second.
>> all in favor.
>> that passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you.
>> we also -- so we also don't expect any change orders, right [laughter] because there's -- [multiple voices]
>> thank you.
>> thank you all.
