  3. GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE CORPORATION FOR NATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE (THROUGH THE ONESTAR FOUNDATION) FOR THE AMERICORPS GRANT PROGRAM IN HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, WHICH CONTINUES THE EXISTING PROGRAM FOR FY ‘07; AND
