3. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the prohibition of outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County and related matters.
>> good morning, court. This is pete baldwin, emergency management coordinator of Travis County. I wish that I could come to you today and say we could lift it. Williamson county goes under a flash flood warning, we are still sitting here blowing dust. They are starting dust application for acl. With all of that being said, we have not received the rain throughout the county that we need; therefore my recommendation no action needed on this. Leave it in place.
>> and as the statesman knows, no action means that we leave the order in place.
>> yeah.
>> thank you, we will have it back on the court's agenda next week just in case we need it.
>> I will give y'all a dust report on the acl music festival.
