Executive Session Items
Number 32. Move to executive session. Consider and take appropriate action on an offer to sell easement rights for installation and maintenance of a waterline across private property, to allow for the provision of non-potable irrigation water service to the Travis County east metropolitan park located in precinct one. Connotation with attorney and personnel matters, exceptions to the open meetings act. 33, consider and take appropriate action to a counter offer received for the acquisition of property, parcels 2-an and 2-b, for right-of-way purposes on rm 22 4 4 be, caves road, project number 3103-fm 22 4 4 000-05 b 01 a located in precinct 3, consultation with attorney. And real prompt exceptions to the open meetings act. 34, receive briefing and take appropriate action on settlement offer in consolidated doe cases v city of Austin, jason locaby and track, connotation with attorney. 35, consider status of potential sale of property at 6701 burn et road and take appropriate action. This is consultation with attorney. And there are a couple of added items that we need to call up in executive session also. A 2, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning contract with sta stanek associates incorporated for research and recovery services including authorizing limited power of attorney. This will be under the connotation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. And our final act for discussion in executive session is a 3, receive up update on lease with city of jones town for space located at 18649 highway 1431. And this is under the real property exception to the open meetings act and the connotation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these matters in executive session but we will return to open court before taking any action.
we have returned from executive session where we discussed the follow items.

All in favorall in that passes by unanimous vote. 34, the matter involving the consolidated dough cases versus city of--doe cases versus Austin, jason lock ab aby and Travis County, move that rereject the offer to settle and counter with an offer of a thousand dollars to each plaintiff and an offer of judgment.

>> judge, I think we need to renew. We had a contract that ended yesterday.

>> in light of the expiration of the feasibility yesterday, we would like to reinstate the feasibility to extend on this to September 22. And that we are looking for a hard closing on or before October 15. We are further asking for the earnest money to go up another $20,000 to $100,000 and to make it extraordinari extraordinarily clear with all due respect, no further extensions.

Any formal action by the court, we'll have it back on next week. In the event there is a need for follow-up action. And that the a 3, isn't it. A-2, we did discuss that with legal counsel and have it back on next week also also in case there is some action to take. And a-1 we had consent earlier. Any other action is this.
