COMMUNITY AFFAIRS (ORCA) FOR THE KENNEDY RIDGE WASTEWATER GRANT IN TRANSPORTATION
AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT. THE AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE TERMINATION DATE
OF THE GRANT TO MARCH 9, 2003.
D. APPROVE GRANT CONTRACT WITH TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN
SERVICES FOR A USDA COMMODITIES CONTRACT FOR JUVENILE PROBATION. THE CONTRACT
UPDATES AN EXISTING AGREEMENT WHEREBY THE COUNTY RECEIVES COMMODITIES FROM
USDA.
E. APPROVE GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TASK FORCE ON INDIGENT
DEFENSE FOR THE INDIGENT DEFENSE DISCRETIONARY GRANT SUPPORTING THE CRIMINAL
COURTS. THE GRANT PROVIDES TECHNOLOGY IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE APPOINTMENT
OF INDIGENT DEFENSE COUNSEL.
