I just want to make a quick comment on 5-c?
>> 5-c is to approve grant contract amendment with the office of rural community affairs orca. For the kennedy ridge wastewater grant. The amendment extends the termination date of the grant to March 9th, 2003.
>> the only thing I need to comment is after you signed that today, if it's approved by the court, it has to be hand delivered today, in fact, if we had it on yesterday, we could have dealt with it. Otherwise we may run into problems with that deadline before this commitment is -- when this commitment is concerned. So it would have to be out of it today. So if you would sign it today, then we can get it out of here and to the right person and I would appreciate that.
