Number 22. That's 22. Is to consider management representation letter to be provided to deloitte teutsch, llp, regarding fy 02 county-wide annual financial audit and take appropriate action. It's a letter that the outside auditors request for us to send to them basically telling us that we have given them everything they wanted to know. Really none of us know anything that they should know that we haven't been telling them, in essence. We go over that letter -- they write the letter, we go over it and make any changes. So that in fact it does reflect what we believe. Diana sent each of you a draft to see if you had any questions or issues. Some of the major changes that they made were in regard to 34. Some of the changes that we made were also with regard to 34 saying things that it is a new standard, standard was not that clear to the best of our knowledge with the literature that was out there, we have in fact complied with 34. But this is virgin territory, gasb 34. Those are the major changes that we made. Commissioner daugherty, your office had forwarded for four written questions, our office had made written responses to three of those, but not the fourth. We can answer those here or get with you after court, if you would like.
>> just do that in court.
>> that would be fine.
>> if the weather had not been bad, we would have gotten that to you yesterday, I apologize.
>> I'm sure that the rest of the court already knows the answer to that.
>> overall how would we characterize this letter?
>> it's pretty similar to the way it's been in the past. We, judge, go through it and make sure to the best of our belief that it is accurate. Most of the financial stuff, we are the one that's would know that better than you. The reason that you are signed is you all are the management as well. In the event that there would be something out there that you would know that we did not that was not in fact revealed to the outside auditors. I am not aware of anything, this letter to me reflects in my best opinion our position.
>> question or comments from the court? Move approval.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much, we appreciate it.
>> thank you.
