We are ready for Executive Session, aren't we?
And you had a couple of questions about -- what item was that?
>> That was on the courthouse.
>> Okay.
Let's announce the courthouse will be taken into executive session, that is number 8, under the consultation with attorney exception because there are legal questions and then there are 3 items posted for executive session, number 7, receive briefinged and take appropriate action regarding security issues at 700 lava, a, security exception and 28 receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding susan roehm, is that how I pronounce that, claim, consultation with attorney and 29, if we need it, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding circuit of the americas and formula one.
Consultation with the attorney exception.
There are four items that we might discuss.
We will not take any action in executive session but we will return to open court for appropriate action.
We have returned from executive session.
We did discuss the four items we announced, number 8, involving the civil and family courthouse recommendation, our committee, we did get the legal question addressed, in my view no action further on that item today.
Any views to the contrary?
Twenty-seven is a matter involving security issues at 700 lavaca, we got briefed, had an appropriate discussion, and we will be doing additional follow-up work on this item and will bring at back to the court for consideration in the future.
Anything else on that one?
We discussed number 28, the matter involving the claim from ms. Susan roehm.
We did discuss this with legal council and requested additional information.
We will have it back on the court's agenda next Tuesday, hopefully for consideration of the requested information and further action by the court.
Anything else?
Twenty-nine, the matter involving circuit of the americas and formula one, we did receive a briefing, and we will have this matter on the court's agenda next week, for any appropriate follow-up discussion.
And in my view, that does it for our business today.
>> Move adjourned.
>> Second.
>> All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote.
Just as a reminder, we do have Commissioners court sessions tomorrow at noon beginning at 1:30.

July 3, 2012: Travis County Launches New Video Playback System
Our new streaming video system uses a single video clip for each session and items are linked to specific locations on that clip. Some browsers and mobile devices do not recognize the location information and display the entire clip. If this happens the "start time" will help you find your item's video within the larger clip.
If you encounter playback issues check out our video playback help page. If you still encounter problems let us know.
On July 3rd, 2012, Travis County began leveraging free resources by posting Commissioners Court meetings on Youtube. Previously every video clip was edited separately and hosted on the county's video server. The old system also required RealPlayer to view the video clips.
The new systems save time and resources -- and that saves taxpayer dollars!
