The consent items are next and posted for consent are c 1 through c 5.
Any issues with any of them?
Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion, and if anyone in the courtroom today would like for us to discuss any of the items I'm about to list, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
Again, these are recommended to be included on one motion.
Number 2, 3 a, b and c; 4, 5 a and b, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 a and b, 18 a and b, and 23.
Move that we approve all of those items.

>> I just have one question.
When did the document come in on number 12?
Oh, it came in yesterday.

>> Well, long before then.
I guess additional backup before then.
Do you want to discuss 12?

>> Only because the backup didn't come in until late.
It's a purchasing item so I don't have any -- I'm fairly certain it will be fine.

>> It's going to be too late in two seconds.

>> It's fine.
But it would be nice to get the backup before Monday.
So purchasing, if you are listening --

>> Backup before the day before.
Actually the backup is supposed to be submitted along with the agenda item.

>>

>> [inaudible].

>> Should come with the item.

>> We can't do our due diligence if we don't get it in a timely fashion.

>> All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote.

July 3, 2012: Travis County Launches New Video Playback System

Our new streaming video system uses a single video clip for each session and items are linked to specific locations on that clip. Some browsers and mobile devices do not recognize the location information and display the entire clip. If this happens the "start time" will help you find your item's video within the larger clip.

If you encounter playback issues check out our video playback help page. If you still encounter problems let us know.

On July 3rd, 2012, Travis County began leveraging free resources by posting Commissioners Court meetings on Youtube. Previously every video clip was edited separately and hosted on the county's video server. The old system also required RealPlayer to view the video clips.

The new systems save time and resources -- and that saves taxpayer dollars!
