The Consent Items are next and posted for consent are c 1 and c 2.
Any issues with either?

>> No.

>> Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
I'm about to list items I think should be included on one motion and if anyone would like for us to pull these items for separate discussion, say so as I call out the number of the item.
7 a and b.
8, 9, 10, 11' 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, and number 20.

>> Move approval of consent items.

>> Second.

>> Would anyone like to pull any of those for separate discussion?

>> 17 and also 14.

>> Okay.
Let's hear it right now.

>> Yes, hello.
Again, I'm ronnie reeferseed and I'm just trying to say that on 7 b, again, a status report on the u.s.
Department of justice office of juvenile justice and delinquency, the family drug court program, that we can all save money.
We can save lives.
We can treat the brain injured.
We can help conserve family farms. We can stop these idiotic wars all over the planet.
We can stop sacrificing our service personnel by organized thugs by granting family freedom, save the farms. All these programs that I'm proud of us we do things well, but we can still save a whole lot of money with just a little bit of freedom like our founding fathers gave to us.

>> Number 14.

>> Okay.
About 14, I wonder why was it only a sole bidder?
Was that just nobody else is in that business or I know just from my own business experience the more bids you have to choose from, the more likely you will get a good price.

>> We advertised this opportunity to the world, mr. Reeferseed.
Anybody that provided the service could have submitted a bid.

>> Only got one bid.

>> We got one bid, it's reasonable.
That's the winning bid.

>> All righty.
Well, that makes sense.
Thanks a lot.

>> Anybody else?

>> Move approval.

>> Motion and second already, right?
All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote.

July 3, 2012: Travis County Launches New Video Playback System

Our new streaming video system uses a single video clip for each session and items are linked to specific locations on that clip. Some browsers and mobile devices do not recognize the location information and display the entire clip. If this happens the "start time" will help you find your item's video within the larger clip.

If you encounter playback issues check out our video playback help page. If you still encounter problems let us know.

On July 3rd, 2012, Travis County began leveraging free resources by posting Commissioners Court meetings on Youtube. Previously every video clip was edited separately and hosted on the county's video server. The old system also required RealPlayer to view the video clips.

The new systems save time and resources -- and that saves taxpayer dollars!
