All right, number 6 is to consider and take appropriate action on budget amendment, transfers and discussion items. And my note here says that roger jeffreys requests that we pull amendment a-1.
And has roger discussed that with planning and budget?

>> That's correct.
I believe that request came in yesterday.
I believe they would like to bring it back either the seventh or the 14th to correspond with--

>> In a request to your -- when the contract comes back, I think roger is thinking that's the seventh or the 14th we'll bring back the budget amendment that corresponds to this.

>> Okay.
Okay.
And if we -- so if we pull that part, that leaves what?

>> It leaves a-2, which is in the county clerk's records management fund.
And allen miller is here to answer any questions.
It also leaves transfer in the records management department, and an other request, which is the creation after an internally funded slot for e.m.s.
Starflight.
Would you like for us to go through this individually?

>> Nope.
That answers my question.

>> [laughter]

>> Move approval of number 6, leaving out the a-1.

>> Second?
Discussion on the motion?

>> What was the motion?

>> Motion is to pull a-1, but to approve the rest of the items.

>> Okay.

>> All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote.
Thank y'all very much.
Thank you for your patience too.

July 3, 2012: Travis County Launches New Video Playback System

Our new streaming video system uses a single video clip for each session and items are linked to specific locations on that clip. Some browsers and mobile devices do not recognize the location information and display the entire clip. If this happens the "start time" will help you find your item's video within the larger clip.

If you encounter playback issues check out our video playback help page. If you still encounter problems let us know.

On July 3rd, 2012, Travis County began leveraging free resources by posting Commissioners Court meetings on Youtube. Previously every video clip was edited separately and hosted on the county's video server. The old system also required RealPlayer to view the video clips.

The new systems save time and resources -- and that saves taxpayer dollars!
