Consent Items are next.
And posted for consent are c 1 and c 2.
Any issues with either?

If anyone would like for us to discuss any of the items I'm about to list, please say so and I call out the number of the item.
3 a and b.
And by the way, I signed that letter because there was a deadline that we need to do meet, plus we had approved a similar letter in the last cycle of grant funding.
Number 4, 5.
And why don't we call up number 6.
I know some of those subparts we will want some discussion.
Number 7.
8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and that revised language was simply to indicate it was modification number 3, not number 2.
Number 14, 15, 16, 17, 18.
Is there somebody here who can quickly lay out 19 if we need to?
Manila, joseph, are you all next door?

So from 18 we go to 21 a and b.
22, 23 a and b, and 24.

>> Move approval of consent items.

>> I tell you what, why don't we approve it right now, talk to mr. Manila after he gives us this briefing on another item and if we need to reconsider for you, we'll do that.

We were advised by our fire marshal that on item number 2 we do not need to take any action.
And there is no burn ban in place now, and by taking no action we don't put one in use for the future, but this item will be back on the agenda next week.
Anything that we need to discuss in addition?
Okay.
We'll have 2, the order banning outdoor burning, back on next week in case we need to take action.
But for the time being no ban in place.
Number 6 --

>> We never did that?

>> We have a motion and consent.

>> Oh, we did?
I guess I don't remember.

>> You have that we voted?
A motion to approve by Commissioner Gomez.
I seconded.

>> I don't remember voting.

>> All in favor?

July 3, 2012: Travis County Launches New Video Playback System

Our new streaming video system uses a single video clip for each session and items are linked to specific locations on that clip. Some browsers and mobile devices do not recognize the location information and display the entire clip. If this happens the "start time" will help you find your item's video within the larger clip.

On July 3rd, 2012, Travis County began leveraging free resources by posting Commissioners Court meetings on Youtube. Previously every video clip was edited separately and hosted on the county's video server. The old system also required RealPlayer to view the video clips.

The new systems save time and resources -- and that saves taxpayer dollars!
