I'm not sure that we have anything on 23.
Good afternoon.
Let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners' court.
Just before lunch, I was advised that the county staff needs us to postpone item number 24 for one week.
So 24, postponed for one week.
And that only leaves two other items today.
Number 23, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding circuit of the americas and formula one.

>> I'm not sure there's anything on that either.

>> We'll announce it just in case.
And the only other case, item is number 25, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding lease issues at 700 lavaca with offsets, consultation with the attorney per the open meetings act.
We have picture Commissioners Gomez and Eckhardt to join us in executive session.

>> [laughter] Commissioner Davis, the second time.
We'll discuss these items in executive session and return to on court before taking action.

We have returned from executive session.
We did not discuss item 23 although we're set -- there was nothing to report.
We are carrying it on the agenda from week to week just in case.
Item 24, we announced previously was postponed.
We did discuss 25, the matter involving the lease issues at 700 lavaca with Austin suites and looks like we may have a settlement on this.
But don't have a signed contract yet.
We expect to have one between now and next Tuesday.

>> I can bring it next week.

>> In my view, instead of action today, we just --

>> Wait until next week.

>> Have a chance to review and act on it.

>> Ok.

>> Ok?
With that that does it for our business today.

>> We're adjourned.

>> All in favor -- that pass with unanimous with Commissioner Eckhardt away.

July 3, 2012: Travis County Launches New Video Playback System

Our new streaming video system uses a single video clip for each session and items are linked to specific locations on that clip. Some browsers and mobile devices do not recognize the location information and display the entire clip. If this happens the "start time" will help you find your item's video within the larger clip.

If you encounter playback issues check out our video playback help page. If you still encounter problems let us know.

On July 3rd, 2012, Travis County began leveraging free resources by posting Commissioners Court meetings on Youtube. Previously every video clip was edited separately and hosted on the county's video server. The old system also required RealPlayer to view the video clips.

The new systems save time and resources -- and that saves taxpayer dollars!
