Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a five foot wide public utility easement and a five foot wide guy wire easement located along the east lot of line of Lot 10, Block F of River Ridge in Precinct 2.
And I move the public hearing be open.

The purpose of this request is so that the owner -- we can accommodate their construction of a boat port and a driveway that's in the area of these easements.
We know of no objections to this item and the utility companies are fine.
