Then we previously announced the postponement of item 23 in Executive Session.
The other two items left are 21, receive briefing, consider settlement offer and take appropriate action in melanie boyte versus Travis County, Texas, greg hamilton, cynthia schantz, julie martinets and jane doe ii, and a-12-cv-oo 181 ly and this would be consultation with attorney exception.
And 22, consider and take appropriate action on the acquisition of approximately 8.5 acres of land in northwest Travis County in connection with the balcones canyon lands conservation plan.
Real property exemption for 22.
Let's also announce consultation with attorney.
We'll discuss these two items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

And we did chat with the county attorney's office about specific actions to take between now and the next two or three weeks, and we'll have the matter back on the agenda at that time.

22 is the matter involving the possible acquisition of approximately 8.5 acres of land in northwest Travis County for the bccp.
