>> good morning.
every year we are required to put out public comment for 30 days intended action and proposed use force for funds we receive from cgbd for the housing and urban development.
this year we want to do substantial developments for adding webberville to the cbgd area that will start November 1st 2012 and we want to have funding from project savings and to delete a project which will go into the next agenda item and so all of that has to go through a public comment process.
so throughout that public -- throughout that 30 days window, there also has to be two public hearings, which we are recommending for June 26 and July 10th here at the Commissioner's court around 9:00 a.m.
and finally, we are also required to put the advertisement that is in the back up in english and spanish in general circulation newspapers.
we will also do a series of advertising on the website, on the Travis County website.
we send out emails.
we send information through listservs and that kind of thing.
but this will just get those dates set up so that we can start that advertising in time.

>> that's item number 8, mr. Reeferseed.
anything relevant to it?

>> yes, I wanted to adjust what she was saying, it creates in the chronicle or the el mundo, please include also the daily texan at u.t.
and at saint eds, other local, public and private schools, like the high schools, they run their own papers and stuff.
it would yet be another thing for -- a way for them to be connected to our community.
it is relevant information.
I mean, this is relevant to all of us, the amount of money that goes in and out of here.
we should be on top of this.
so I am just thinking widen the field.

>> and generally we focused -- because we focused on unincorporated areas, that's where our funding is targeted but we try to target newspapers that focus on those areas prime mayly but we can certainly take a look into that next year and see what the costs would be associated.

>> good.
thanks.
that's all I am going to say.

>> move approval of all of 8?
discussion on the motion?
all those in favor.
that passes by unanimous vote.
