Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 7,855 square foot area of a drainage easement located over and across a portion of tract 95 of the travis hollow section 3 subdivision in precinct 3.

the purpose of this is that vacation request is so that a new drainage easement could be placed by separate instrument where the existing channel is for the drainage.
the original drainage easement does not actually still contain the drainage channel.
structures were built that cause the channel to move approximately 80 feet.
our engineers reviewed the request and we concur that this is the right thing to do so we recommend this item.
