>> second.

>> good morning.

>> thank you.

>> good morning.
diane toro, director of human resources and I'm going to turn this over to kim Austin smith.

>> kim Austin smith and thank you judge and Commissioners.
I think the proclamation was a little wordy so just to summarize that, since 1985 we have recognized our public servants across the nation both federal, state and local.
so during that week of may 6 through 12, we certainly recognize all of our public servants for all of the work they do each and every day and we appreciate that.
next week we'll come back and we'll recognize those individuals that will be receiving the various awards for their tenure.
we'll be on the agenda at 1:30 but at 12:30 we will serve refreshments to honor those receiving the acknowledgements.
we thank you and make sure to observe all the --

>> one member of Commissioners court may have moved that reception back to 12:00.

>> if one member did, we'll go along with it.

>> that will give our employees a bit more time, plus I'm expecting a great turnout and that will give us an hour and 15 minutes if we start back at 1:30.
that will be free refreshments for honorees and friends and acquaintances and we should have plenty.
no i.d.'s will be checked.
just come on in.

>> that's right.

>> I look forward to it and elected officials are good public servants too.

>> that is correct.
congratulations.

>> that's why I feel so good with this item.
anything else?
see you all at the big reception and celebration.

>> thank you.

>> all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
we have two originals for you.

>> thank you.
