Ms. Porter, that brings us to Executive Session.
we have announced we would not take up item 14.
it will be on the court's agenda next week for full discussion.
15 is consider and take appropriate action regarding circuit of the americas and formula one including but not limited a, the mass gatherings act, b, improvements to elroy and mcangus and kellam roads, c, proposed public safety plan, d, proposed management plan and other related issues.
consultation with attorney exception plus the economic development negotiations exception.
16, consider and take appropriate action on request from circuit of the americas for financial incentives or economic development agreement.
16 and 15 are kind of rolled together but we listed them separately to be completely legal.
and 16 is consultation with attorney and financial incentives for economic development and negotiations exception.
17 is receive briefing from county attorney concerning the extension of administrative leave for pay with criminal justice planning employee slot number 38.
consultation with attorney and personnel matters to exceptions to the open meetings act.
we'll discuss these matters in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.
