Now I call to order the Travis County Health Facilities Development Corporation , one item.
1.
consider and take appropriate action to approve notice of redemption for the corporation's revenue bonds (westminster manor project) series 2009 and authorize the corporation's offices to execute notice.

west minster manor has approached us.
they have accumulated funds to pay off the bonds that were issued on their behalf in 2009 and have requested issuer acknowledgment for that redemption notice that they would like to send out today for redemption on April 20th.
all of the bond holders have consented and waived time frames, so I would see no problem with the request.
