Item number 5, consider and take appropriate action on request from the Travis County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Police Athletic Federation for waiver of fees for use of the Travis County Exposition Center Banquet Hall and grounds on June 21 and 22, 2012.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners.
discussing this item with sheriff and staff about several months before we have the policy, policy at the expo center.
we were supposed to bring to the court during that time.
when you approved the policy.
so we're asking this time to be approved as grandfathered item because it was in the pipe when we had the policy and it's two days.
one day for the banquet hall and they are going to use that banquet hall for their event and two days for the ground on that.
so I believe this is the only item would come, you know, different than the policy but you will not see this item come anymore because it was

>> [inaudible].

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> I guess I have a problem with it and the reason I believe the county should be reimbursed whatever the expenses are.
they are offering to pay 100 bucks.
what would our cost be?

>> $100 for utility and there's about $200 for the -- and they are going to pay the $100 for that and also the sheriff they said they are going to do the direct cost which is custodial, they are going to take care of that to the standard of cleaning at the theexpo center.
the only thing we're giving up is the facility rental.

>> okay, so -- but our cost would be 100 bucks.

>> 100 bucks.

>> and they are reimmaterial reg us that.
in terms of custodial costs they are doing that so we don't incur that.

>> that's correct.

>> any more questions, comments?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.

>> thank you.

>> thank you judge, Commissioners.
