...and the final item that we discussed in executive session, the matter involving the acquisition of open space land in precinct 3. we did discuss that and various options with the appropriate county staff, and I view no action necessary today. we will have this item back on the court's agenda, same wording unless notified otherwise next week? okay? with that, no further action today.
