Now let's call to order the Travis County beef cave district number 1, the galleria.
item number 1, and the only item, consider and take appropriate action on recommended maximum tax rate and proposed fiscal year 2012 road district budget for the Travis County bee cave road district number 1.

>> also in consultation with your financial adviser, we did review the certified tax roll from the central appraisal district.
that net taxable value this year was at $119.3 million, and it also dropped to 116.048, which represent about a 2.7% drop.
your current tax rate on that road district is 89 cents per hundred, and your financial adviser and p.b.o.
recommend that you establish a tax rate at 96 cents per hundred valuation in order to meet the debt service on that road district.

>> and the proposed budget?

>> and the proposed budget shows that in doing that, you will use some fund balance in order to meet that -- that debt service, but not any significant amount.
you'll still have an ending fund balance in that road district of 285,368.
your debt service on that road district totals 1,135,862.50.
