>> this item gives residents an opportunity to address the court on anything not on the agenda.
three citizens have signed in.
doctor john kim, ronnie reeferseed, morris priest if we could get those three persons to come forth at this time.
we're ready for their comments.
kim, reeferseed and priest.

>> good morning.
according to psychologist, every morning we do need a recess.
we have two hours continuous work, seem a little bit more recess.
I have in here for almost nine months, I've been here for almost nine months, since October 19th until today, to appreciate and to praise the united states and the Texas.
this court of the Travis County Commissioners court is the best court that I have ever received so far.
and aim here today to praise again Travis County Commissioners court is the best court.
this court

>> [indiscernible] me so far, Travis County Commissioners court -- this is a court of Travis County.
they use the constable, no, they just sheriff

>> [indiscernible] and a.c.c.
use the police they removed me.
in the court of appeals, denied my jurisdiction.
Texas supreme court denied my jurisdiction.
but this court still listen to me.
I really appreciate you.
this one is -- is new case, another one.
american christian presbyterian christian terrorized my pastor, from my court.
I took the case to the court.
they declared me as a

>> [indiscernible] litigant so far.
and -- and I have been hired by Austin community college and I taught there and my students evaluate me as a very good professor.
the college president, steven kinslow, fired me and lied to the court he didn't -- he didn't fire me.
he defrauded to the Travis County Commissioners court, he deported -- he reported a false report.
I received a lower level evaluation.
that's a lie.
my students evaluate me as a very good professor.
and american government, president george w.
bush, junior, 43rd, and governor rick perry, south korean government and kid mapped any son, a -- kidnapped my son, a Texas citizen, from Travis County, December 13th, 2001.
here today the united states court judge lee yeakle of the united states district court for the western district of Texas at Austin division dismissed the case.
american -- american

>> [buzzer sounding] and he sent me, u.s.
marshals, two u.s.
marshals at my home threatened me to give up my case.
no, I will not give up my case.
bring my son back to me.
and a democratic Texas or democratic america or take my life right here, thank you.

>> thank you, dr. Kim.
mr. Reeferseed.

>> thank you, sir, this is ronnie reefer seed screaming, impeach, convict and remove from office so-called president peace prize now, what we have is a stooge republic for the build a burger, banksters who are actively destroying what is left of our once proud republic.
it's all about the u.s.
constitution, people, it's our founding forefathers shattered tyranny with their ideas about checks and balances to keep government in check, not the people in bondage, that's the genius.
there are ways to amend it if we so choose.
the horrible act of waging war was left to the congress to declare and finance because our congress most closely represents we the people.
we fought a blood derevolution to escape tyranny.
headline, u.s.a.
is no servant to the u.n.
we -- the so-called president peace prize blatantly reveals his treason by saying that we are killing people now in libya for "the u.n.'s credibility." no, our nation does not owe the u.n.
the sacrifice of our soldiers for anything.
much less for the u.n.'s "credibility." wake up, people.
who voluntarily gave up weapons of mass destruction years ago?
ghadafi.
why punish him?
is that not something that should be an example for other nations.
wake up people, we want less weapons of mass destruction, armed states, not more.
ghadafi voluntarily gave up weapons of mass destruction that probably bigoted socially criminalistic regime of israel right now has hundreds of nuclear weapons while pretending they don't and that no other nation can be strong in any way.
oops.
egypt says no.
we want to be a strong nation.
now, no longer do they want to be yet another stooge for israel as a dictator, they want freedom from our rules, the arab spring is an ongoing revolution against our own counter productive lock step surrender to that proudly bigoted social criminal egenome israel.
celebrate, people, our long time surrender to israel is coming to an end right now.

thank you so much.

>> thank you mr. Reeferseed, mr. Priest.

>> thank you, judge, Commissioners, morris priest speaking on my own behalf.
even this we don't have a quorum, I will go ahead and speak to you.

>> well, wait a minute.

>> [laughter] I did want to say that there are things that you can do to make change and one of them is to become informed and we have a -- quite a few resources.
one of them is the -- is the Texas registry down on brazos and of course the Austin history center.
of course when we look at our agendas, we have -- from the city and the county, you oftentimes see the name of the person sponsoring that agenda item.
and one of the agendas that are moving forward in this president obama administration, we have basically a one or two percent of all of the people in this country paying about 38% of the taxes.
if you take the top 50% of the tax earners, those individuals pay 97% of our taxes.
depending on who you speak to, roughly 2.6, 2.7%.
so basically, the top 50% wage earners are paying all of these taxes, we are allowed from our county and city and other governmental officials about triple a bond ratings.
right now we're facing a situation where our country may defall and maybe lose its bond rating with this president's tax and spend and tax again administration.
I always say don't delay, vote republican today.
you know, one of the things that I think that we can do is you do have a lot of things available to you, of course, when the corruption is so bad and the tyranny is so bad, and when the oppression is so bad.
usually it's because people didn't take the things that were available to them or made available to them prior to that situation getting so bad.
but we are seeing many things happening and some of the things that we can do is have a recall election here locally and recall one of our city elected officials.
never hurts to ask people to resign, though, once in a blue moon.
I have ever seen that work.
we can reject these city and county bonds that are going to be coming up in future elections and we can work real hard to replace those coming up for election, for example, Commissioner Huber in this court.
but communication it seems to be that the real crux of the issue.
whether it's at our city council, whether it's at our county government or whether it's at campo.
communication seems to be the root cause of all of the problems that we have.
and most of the problems that we have are basically because people just aren't participating.
we have seen this in our election turnouts and how low -- how low they've been.
but there is a growing conservative movement in this group.
Texas alliance for life, many other organizations, Texas policy foundation and several groups that met April the 6th and they've had a large impact on many people.
of course you've seen this turn around in our Texas house.
and now we need to work very hard, making -- making changes in our senate

>> [buzzer sounding] but the revival is coming.
thank you.

>> thank you, mr. Priest.
