Item 25

View captioned video.

Item 25 - consider and take appropriate action on redistricting plans for county Commissioner, justice of the peace and constable, and voting precincts in Travis County.
in my view, we should take no action because that's what we promised.
but if there's a motion, now is the time.

>> respect for your request, judge, as far as not taking action and delaying this, for how long before -- there's a schedule that we have.
that we're going to have to follow, also.
of course we did hear some things I think from the constables.
I think some things need to be worked out on that.
even with the comments that were made from -- from -- from all of the citizens and -- and -- in I think a very progressive and aggressive way.
I just think that we need to maybe hold up and not take action today.
so -- so that's basically where I'm going to --

>> anything further on 25?

>> so -- we're not going to take action today per that request.
