Commissioner Huber is still absent and Commissioner Eckhardt is temporarily off the dais.

consider and take appropriate action on the divestiture of lcra's water systems. I move that we approve the resolution and that we approve the request for $12,000 and the t.n.r.
budget has that amount there, I've been informed.
so the source of funding would be that.
so that's a two-part motion.
seconded by Commissioner Gomez.
