Item number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording revised plat of lots 368, 369 and 370 and 367 and 371, travis settlement, section 6, revised plat, two lots, 10.261 acres, noon day cove in precinct 3.

this is a two-part item.
the first is revise the lots into one larger lot and the second portion is to vacate approximately 471 linear feet of right-of-way that was platted as noon day cove.
this meets our requirements and we recommend its approval.
