the purpose of this item is to resubdivide one lot into four lots.
this subdivision was reviewed by the single office and approved by city of Austin zoning and platting.
we feel it meets our requirements and we recommend its approval.
>> any objections called to our attention?
>> there was some concern from the family about the lots being resubdivided and there was also some work that we had to do to get the septics to fit on the lot.
we believe that we've worked through the septic and that the lot could be resubdivided so we recommend its approval.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
if so, please come forward.
