Project Description
This is the Phase II of the FM 969 Pass-Through Toll Finance project. This phase is from FM 973 to Hunters Bend Road. Existing 2-lane arterial will be expanded to a 4-lane arterial with a continuous center turn lane and a sidewalk. This project will increase the transportation capacity, enhance roadway safety and add a pedestrian facility.
