>> That brings to us Executive Session.
We have three items to discuss in executive session.
They are: 12, receive briefing from County Attorney in Leander is, et al., versus David A. Sosby, Abraham S.Eliashar resale deed, and take appropriate action.
Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.
13, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding Circuit of the Americas and Formula One.
Consultation with attorney exception.
14, receive briefing from county attorney on proposed interlocal agreement with South Central Planning and Development Commission for use of Mypermitnow and other software for facilitating the permitting process for members of the public and for county officials and employees.
Consultation with attorney exception.
And we will discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

We announced the items. We did not discuss item 13, the matter involving the Circuit of the Americas and Formula One.

>> Although I did have a question about it, TNR, are available.

>> You may have to contact TNR, get that answer directly.

>> Okay, it was a question that residents had.

>> I don't see anybody here from it.

>> Okay.

>> We did discuss number 14, a briefing on a proposed interlocal agreement with the south central planning and development commission.
No action today.
That will be back on the agenda in the near future for appropriate consideration and action.
12 is a matter involving the proposed -- to Abraham S. Elisha.

>> We accept the offer.

>> And we have received cash in hand.

>> And does the motion include authorization for the county judge to sign the proposed deed on behalf of the Commissioners court?

>> Yes.

>> And is there a second.

>> Yes, sir.

>> Discussion on the motion?
All in favor, that passes by unanimous vote and that's all of our business for the voting session.
