>> We've come to the executive session part of our meeting, and there are two items only, post it.
26, receive briefing from county attorney upon attorney general of Texas opinion ga-0935 regarding water availability rules.
And this will on the consultation with the attorney.
The second and final executive session item will be 27, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding circuit of the americas and formula one, consultation with attorney exception also.
We'll discuss only these two items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

>> We have returned from executive session we are discussed the two items we announced, number 26, the matter involving the attorney general opinion regarding water availability.
We did get a briefing.
In my view no action necessary today.
Any opposing view?
Twenty-seven, the matter involving the circuit of americas and formula one.
We did discuss a couple of legal issues.
In my view we probably need this item back on the court's agenda next week, may be a more specific part dealing with marking in the county buildings and some sort of contract possibility.

>> Judge, would you think that we consider a parking contractor, either in amending a current contract or going out for rss to manage our central business district parking capacity?

>> I think we ought to have language that allows us to consider both and choose one.
How is that?

>> Okay.
That sounds great.

>> And some of which we can discuss in executive session.
The other we need to discuss in open court.
I am sure our lawyers will be available to let us know when.

>> Should we ask the parking committee to -- to look at it at all, opine on it?

>> Well, if we want to move quickly, I don't know if that would be possible.

>> So if we do --

>> I guess I am open to it, if they can move fast.
I don't know if this is an issue that we can delay on.

>> Daniel bradford and tanly aldridge are in the department of the attorney's office and they are looking at it and on the parking committee so I think we might get a double dip here.

>> The parking committee may wonder what we are doing with the rest of their recommendations.

>> Yes, sir.

>> And by the way, that is a -- I do think we ought to place an item on the agenda so that we can revisit that and decide what to do.
I thought there were some good recommendations.
Some were a bit more agonizing than others but I think we ought to address it because they did do a whole lot of work.
Having said that, I can wait until next week.
Move adjournment.

>> Second.

>> All those in favor.
