>> Good morning, judge and Commissioners.
Steve Manila from T.N.R.
What we have is a request to rename a section of roadway in the Deer Creek Subdivision and the subdivision is off Hamilton Pool Road in Precinct 3.
It's one that began development in the '80s and it got short circuited like many developments did, but now we're starting to see more and more houses being built back on these subdivisions.
There is a roadway that passes through a part of it that -- called Deer Creek Canyon, and it has an off set intersection so if you are traveling on it and you didn't know any better, you could actually miss a section of it and that's what we're trying to correct with this action today.
Renaming a part of the roadway to Sly Fox Drive.
So it doesn't get -- it's easier for emergency services to reach the folks if a call is made.
There were about two dozen lots adjacent to this roadway owned by about seven property owners.
So we sent the polling out to the seven property owners.
Three of them respond understand the affirmative to rename it Sly Fox Drive.
One of them opposed and the others did not return the ballots.
So we would recommend going forward and naming -- renaming this section to Sly Fox Drive, and it's a section between Longhorn Canyon and Stratus.

>> Would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
If so, please come forward.

>> Move the public hearing be closed.

>> Second.

>> All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote.
This will be action item number a 2 on today's agenda.
