number 3 was a recommendation from the Travis County security committee -- 23 regarding 700 lavaca.
move that we authorize $154,581 to implement the security plan, that we authorize pbo to make the appropriate line item transfers to make that happen.

twenty-four is a matter involving the circuit of the americas and formula one.
we did get update on th legal issues addressed.
in my view no specific action by the court today, except to have it back on the agenda next week in case we need to consider issues and take action.

>> twenty-five we did not discuss we wanted to postpone that and 26 is a request for a hearing mary moran for Travis County, and I move that we treat ms. Moran has a just cause employee and that we get legal to let us know next week specifically how to make that happen, and specifically whether to refer this matter become to hrmd for a predepth hearing or directly to the grievance panel for hearing, and the motion basically is intended for us to ask the grievance panel to conduct a hearing on this matter, either after hrmd does additional work or directly from the court.
