let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss separately any of the items I'm about to list, please say so as I call out the number of the item.
the fire marshal says we do not need number 1.
it will be back on the court's agenda next week for appropriate consideration.
number 5, hom titan development, llc, would be the assignee.
number 8.

most of it pretty minor.
one big item that I understood.
do we need to call it up?
