Number 3, just indicate our intention to call up the item regarding employees with 20 to 30 years of service at 1:30 this afternoon, after the 12 noon reception.
by the way, county money is not spent for food and refreshments at the reception.
this reception is sponsored in its entirety by the Travis County sheriff's law enforcement association, Travis County sheriff officers association, american federation of county, state and municipal employees, afl-cio, the association's money will pay for the food and refreshments that will be plentiful beginning at 12 noon today.
Item number 3, a special item is to recognize Travis County employees who have completed 20, 25 and 30 years of service during calendar year 2011.
and I know many of you thought that 20 years went by just like five years.

this is always a special day for us.

it is my pleasure as the directtor of hrmd to ask the court to come down and recognize our employees who have been here 20, 25, 30 years in the calendar year 2011.
on may 1st, the Commissioners court designated may 6 through 12 as public service recognition week and today as Travis County employee recognition day, I am going to call the names of everybody who celebrated 20, 25, or 30 years of service.
I know not all of you are here today, but if you are here, please come down and shake the hands of the court and if you will stay up here, we will take a picture of the 20 year recipients and then the 25 year recipients and then the 30-year recipients.
they told me to start with 20, if that's okay.
