Travis County Commissioners Court

April 24, 2012 - Consent Items
Agenda

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1v through c 4, any issues with those?
note on c 4 we have a revised hearing date for a beco -- set for hearing may 22nd.
so that will be part of the consent motion.
let's consider adding a long list of items to this motion.
if anyone would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of item.
don't need number 5 as the recommendation from the fire marshal is not to put a burn ban in place.
number 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15 -- we'll have 14 back next week, 16, 17.

>> just one thing to point out.

>> [indiscernible] declined to continue participating in the funding of that.

>> yeah.

>> that is county -- Travis County alone.

>> is that reason to applaud or --

>> no.

>> it's true.

>> that's a sad fact.
I wanted to point out.
that we are now on our own on doing that environmental monitoring, even though txi is in the e.t.j.
of the city of Austin.

>> 19.

>> and on the river, the lcra.
just to let you know.

>> 19 still.
25, 26, just to receive that document, 28 -- I think 28 is the last one.

>> move approval of the consent item.

>> second.
discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
