Citizens Communication is next.
we will do citizens communication, the consent items and then we will call up the four items regarding the debt so we can hear from staff.
beg your pardon?

>> waiting to get to court

>> [indiscernible] take it up now.

>> [indiscernible]

>> all right.
can we wait 10 or 15 minutes?
we can't do that?
what -- what would be the harm?

>> your call, judge.

>> okay.

>> does it have effect on the --

>>

>> [indiscernible]

>> martinez: donna scarborough is first.

>> good morning,.

>> judge pena is second.
ronnie reeferseed is third.
ms. Yarborough.

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners, I'm here on behalf of the

>> [indiscernible] I wanted to give you a bit of an update.
our befits sap classroom training has begun, we began yesterday.
we had a little bit of an auspicious start, we lost cooling in the building, we had to take our training servers down and restart them.
I wanted to shout out some thank yous based on this, its for their assistance, we had emails going back and forth yesterday morning as early as 1:00 a.m.
the facilities management team who worked with the building management to get the issues resolved to get the servers started.
the befit technical training, our trainers who were nimble and poised under pressure, our support team who helped with the training logistics and material prep, the classroom attendees who were patient, excited, did attend.
some brief stats, we did four locations yesterday, five different courses, 55 individuals were trained.
our online training continues.
some quick stats for that, six courses over 2200 people have taken those courses.
we couldn't do this without the support, cooperation and diligence of a number of individuals.
our leadership, for stressing the importance of training, walking the talk as we put it.
some of you have already completed online as well as attending classroom training.
our management who have graciously gotten their staff to class and allowed them to attend, even though they had to schedule their day to day tasks around that, the befit team for the training and training logistic support, special shot shout out to the juvenile court and our readiness trainers, quick shout outs to melissa vasquez ...

>> [listing names] patricia smith, jessica rio, max jones, norma mccree, sheryl holder ...
marvin bryce,

>> [continue reading list of names]

>> [reading names] hopefully I didn't leave out anybody.
but thank you all.
we couldn't have done this and I think we're off to a great start with training.

>> thank you very much.

>> thank you.

>> we have a three minute timer going?

>> I did that under three minutes?

>> mr. Pena?

>> good morning, judge, Commissioners, gus pena, native proud east Austin night.
proud united states marine corps veteran.
judge, again, I love you young man, I support you, everything, please if you have these big public hearings.
please put citizens communication on first.
I owe you a lot but, you know, I didn't bring lunch.
so I -- I just don't have time to sit around that much time.
economic development.
jobs, sustainable liveable increase in wage.
more positions, funding for summer job programs for the youth.
mentors, tutors.
our students here at aisd and everywhere else are entering the last six weeks of the year.
we need a lot of mentors and tutors to support our students so they can be able to graduate and pass the new -- not the taks test, the staar test.
the millennium youth entertainment center keeps the purpose as it is, the way the community wants it, not the way some politicians want it.
I think some of you know what that is.
it was established by back then mayor pro tem urdy and the incident that happened at cedar, I'm not going to go into that because it still hurts me also to see what happened.
it is positive for the community, the community has mentioned positive things.
we want to keep it as it is, not the way some politicians eager beavers want.
there have been many advances and changes during my lifetime including technology that amazes and mind boggles me.
still we have not learned how to live together on this planet.
some of our leaders fail.
our children suffer and at times don't prosper or succeed.
the hungry are not fit, homeless not housed.
young men and women go to war, come back disillusioned and hurting have various illnesses.
not much has changed.
we must keep this country going forward.
we pray that you, our politicians also help us to keep that promise to the taxpayers.
a society's worth is measured by its treatment of the less fortunate.
judge, Commissioners, if you have heard anything that I have said in the last 20, 25 years, we need jobs, economic development for our youth so they can prosper during the summertime, also when they grow into becoming productive voting adults.
please, listen to what I say, help our veterans, support our veterans coming back from iraq and afghanistan with various health issues and care, they need housing.
last item, housing from health and human services are not accepted by many hotels or landlords.
vouchers, I don't know how we can change this process, they are not accepting the vouchers, judge and Commissioners, that hurts the poor and homeless, anyway, have a good day.

>> thank you, mr. Pena.

>> mr. Reeferseed.

>> yahoo, yes, I'm ronnie

>> [inhale] reeferseed, yelling, stop the killing, stop surrendering our future to those lock step main scheme media pundits, presstitutes, insisting on the end evidentably of former governor romneycare being the only choice to show preference for.
hog wash!
the primaries and caucuses are only half over, leading perhaps a real political convention of some real political significance.
here's the big number one first big secret.
after the first vote of the convention, with potentially no winner, out and out winner, the delegates are then free to vote for the best candidate to win.
ie dr. Ron paul.
here's the secret number two, youth love dr. Ron paul.
big time.
and I saw the future days ago in college station with a whole stadium of enthusiasm erupting for dr. Ron paul revolution of love for liberty.
again those lock step presstitutes have been programming us that the origins of romney-care, the so-called president peace prize hated health scare schemology is what conservatives want.
huh?
could it be that those lock step liberal presstitutes want to keep war so-called president peace prize continually killing people everywhere?
no, that only make -- that potentially makes people worldwide want to kill you and me.
wake up, people.
just keep on killing people is good for nobody except of course for our socio-pathic military industrial media bankster complex of criminals who just want more and more and more money no matter what.
so what if generations of hatred and revenge result from our policy of waging endless war on islam and everything else, come on, people.
it's not in our best interests to just keep killing.
this has got to stop now, despite whatever the presstitutes say.
look, I remember vietnam, when finally the vast majority realized that war was counter productive, we got out!
today the vast majority again wants to stop the killing, but our so-called president peace prize, diboll lickally using those lame scheme media presstitutes to keep killing people worldwide against our collective will.
we want out.
we can all expect more fabrication of so-called enemies that somehow justify our nation's worldwide war on peace, islam, whatever, stop the war.
vote for dr. Paul.
hey, here at home we can unite to retire those same old tired old political hacks and has been, elect clay defoe mayor to finally stop the mass poisoning of us all with so-called fluoride, stop other wastes of taxpayer dollars and pay attention.
let's select the best candidate on the ballot.
clay defoe's victory will save taxpayer dollars on useless boondoggles and make us a leader of this whole nation, will show us we can stand up to the same tired old political hacks and do something good for everybody, clay defoe for mayor!

>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
those are the three individuals who signed to speak on citizens communication.
