3, receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a ten foot wide section of a 25 foot wide drainage easement located along the eastern lot line of lot 57, block a of waterford on Lake Travis, section two in precinct 3.

the purpose of this is to vacate a 10-foot section of the 25-foot drainage easements because due to site constraints it was necessary to build a house so that it partially was within the easement, but a -- but a reinforced concrete pipe was installed and their engineer and ours agreed that we can say indicate the extra 10 feet and we recommend this.
I don't know of any objections.
