Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording of soto subdivision, final plat resubdivision of lot 1, buttross farms subdivision, final plat in precinct 4.

the purpose of this is to simply split a one 10-acre lot tract into two 5-acre tracts.
this meets our requirements and I know of no objections to this proposal.

that carries unanimously and this will be action item number 13 which will be recommended for inclusion on the consent motion.
