A1 a similar item, consider and take appropriate action on action to approve finding resolutions by Commissioners court of Travis County, Texas related to issuance of the city of houston higher education finance corporation education revenue bonds, cosmos foundation, the bonds.

>> yes, sir, I'm not involved in that transaction but it's the same approval.
the financing is done by the municipal entity, but I would assume the facilities are in Travis County which is why that requires approval of the Commissioners court.
it's actually the highest elected official but the Commissioners court qualifies.

>> I'm confused about that one.
I know what college house is, but this one I have no idea what it is.

>> this is the first I've heard about this when cheryl sent the email with the backup, but looks like there's several facilities that will benefit from the bonds and one of them happens to be located in Travis County, but they are scattered all around Austin and houston.
