Number 7, consider and take appropriate action on request to consider and approve findings and resolutions for adoption by the Commissioners court of Travis County action Texas related to refunding bonds expected to be issued by Capital Area Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation for the college houses.

college houses is refinancing the bonds received by Travis County housing finance corporation.
they are combining that with some other debt and expenses into a larger bond issuance that is expected to close may 1.
under federal tax law that requires approval of the -- of Travis County.
so that's why we're here.
I'll answer any questions if you have any.
it's a pretty typical request that we get fairly honor these type of approvals.
