is she still here?
ronnie reeferseed.
dr. John kim.
randy pimpler.
and if reeferseed, kim, pimpler, and is mr. Pena still here?
mr. Reeferseed.
>> thank you, sir.
yes, I'm ronnie, grass roots activism, reeferseed yelling yippee.
last night at -- at the tag meeting, texans for accountable government, they had a forum for candidates at sherlock's.
and soon to be Austin mayor clay's star shined ever so brightly against tired our political hacks and has beens he is run against.
at least miss irrelevant bridge it shea bothered to show up late.
our equally irrelevant lacking stock of a mayor lee leffingwell did himself and all a favor by not bothering to show up.
yes, there is still time to register to vote, everyone, so let's not blow this opportunity.
and yes, clay dafoe towered over everyone else last night.
clay dafoe brilliantly answered every question without submitting out a meaning less slogan unlike bill spell man and cheryl cole.
clay dafoe has been consistently in demand of all city council meetings he attends and that's what bothers them.
for example, bridget shea's slurping slough of slogans was the best she could do in contrast with every other candidate for any office at last night's forum demonstrated a deeper understanding, but sorry you, should have been attending at least some city council meetings as of late.
obvious, ms. Shea, you've been out of the loop a little too long to really matter anymore especially in contrast to our intellectual power house clay dafoe.
turn off your t.v.
and go online and visit clay dafoe forum yor.com.
visit youtube.
type this the winter patriot.
and then share your questions, comments, complaints and ideas with our soon to be mayor.
going to happen on may 12th.
with clay dafoe -- at clay dafoe 2012@yahoo.com.
it's happening, people.
let's all make history on may 12th by electing clay dafoe, absolutely the best candidate.
these same old tired old prestitutes will never give any of us permission to vote for the best candidates.
clay dafoe is getting the Ron paul treatment.
and let's all fire those prestitutes and make history may 12 by electing hemp friendly clay dafoe mayor of Austin.
>> [buzzer sounding]
>> thank you, mr. Reeferseed.
is gus pena here?
mr. Pena.
and dr. Kim should be at the table.
mr. Pimpler, can we take you?
>> sure.
good morning, randy pimpler.
I'm an irritating Travis County taxpayer this -- an irritated Travis County taxpayer.
I'm irritated because of an article I have in front of me and I'm also irritated because I couldn't be here last week to speak out about this when you took a vote.
the statesman article, the headline reads: Travis County approve $7.25 million purchase of downtown lot.
what the headline should have been is Travis County Commissioners approved $7.25 million purchase of $3.7 million downtown lot.
and the article does go on to state the appraisal amount we had done and it also stated that Commissioners Huber and Commissioners Eckhardt voted against that purchase and I'd like to publicly thank you all for representing my position and voting no against this purchase of a piece of property that -- for twice the amount that the taxpayers paid to have an appraisal done.
and the purchase price was twice what that appraisal came back for.
the -- I read also in a statesman article that the property was assessed by the appraisal district at $2 million.
another thing that irritates me, this and most land purchases and land scales salese discussed in executive session, we are told to protect our competitive advantage and negotiating position.
but there are several quotes in the article that judge Biscoe said he thought it was fair to compromise sort of in the middle between the appraised value and what a developer speculating on the value of the property would be to the county said that that property was worth.
so we have $3.7 million appraisal, we have a developer who wants to develop the property saying that I guess worth 15 million or 10 or 12, and we agreed somewhere in the middle.
this doesn't make sense to me.
recently I guess in the last year or so we purchased another downtown lot for 21.75 million that the appraisal came in at 21.25 million.
paid 500,000 more for that piece of property because, and I'm quoting, judge Biscoe again in the states than that we paid more because we were told others were looking at the property.
well, you know, developers, their incentive is to develop the property.
and the realtors, their incentive is to sell the property --
>> [buzzer sounding] -- for as much as they can.
I would just like to ask you all to -- instead of leaving future generations a legacy of trophy properties and a huge $300 million court complex downtown, that we would instead leave future generations a legacy of fiscal responsibility and -- and just -- I couldn't afford to be here today.
I wanted to say that.
I know my time is up.
>> I need to be working and I should be working and that's where I've got to go right now but I can't afford not to be here.
>> thank you.
dr. Kim.
>> thank you, sir.
good morning.
I have been here to appreciate and praise america as the best ever in human history.
today I have so many great news for you to tell.
last week Friday I lost several papers from my bag.
I did not close perfectly, but I lost it.
but Monday a gentleman, security, Travis County security, alan m.
crist found me in the library asked me did you lose some papers.
yes, sir.
he picked up all the papers I lost on the sidewalk, gave it to me.
it's great.
I really appreciate.
even some court judges --
>> yay alan.
>> even some court officers protected me.
I'm going to write to the white house praising him.
and also I really appreciate the police and security supervisors and everyone in the constables.
I have a problem with the supreme court of Texas.
the guy rejected my paper.
I show you the paper, the supreme court rejected it.
from the court of appeals.
I complained to the d.p.s.
of public safety, Texas d.p.s.
security.
I told them
>> [indiscernible] told me to go there.
they accepted Friday.
so Texas
>> [indiscernible] officers have more power than court, supreme court of Texas.
and president obama and along 50 states world leaders right now were in south korea last Sunday and the president told the korean people that the

congress in 1991.
I published a book in 1992.
the book said concluded the korean unification will be realized and become one nation.
I did it 1992.
20 years before president obama predicted.
this is the book.
I'm going to publish now this.
this is --
>> [indiscernible] the price $2 to $2.50.
outside supreme court some people's prayer to god --
>> [buzzer sounding] --
