Now let's call to order the Travis County housing and finance corporation.
1.
consider and take appropriate action to approve revised versions of the Travis County housing finance corporation's residential development questionnaire and policy guidelines.
good afternoon.

>> good afternoon, Karen, assistant corporations manager.
this item is for a revised addition of what amounts to the application for bonds for a multi-family property.
we readvised it, considerably, to include significant information on the actual physical property.
and required more information on the proposed operating budget and that sort of thing than the previous application requested.
it focused on the financial plans for how it was going to be funded only.
so this is very expansive in comparison.
and we have run it through the -- the issuer council through cliff, he gave his signoff.
we did that before we brought it to you guys.

>> so this is our document?

>> uh-huh.

>> and we take this information to determine what?

>> we take this information in order to have a broader knowledge base on a property that wanted bonds issued, a multi-family property, so that we could make a more informed decision about whether it was a good investment for the corporation, for the county.

>> okay.
questions?

>> nice and comprehensive.
I like all of the h.u.b.
stuff in it, too.

>> good.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> yay! Number 2.
consider and take appropriate action to authorize a release of lien for a first-time home buyer that partially repaid a loan executed in 2006.

>> should we focus on that word partially?

>> it's partial because they haven't been in the home for the full term.
but what they are doing is really refinancing according to the memo that andrea included.
so the statutes required that they pay back half based on the time they have been in the house in accordance with the refinance.
we have already gotten the check from the title company.

>> the check represents half of --

>> $800.
it was a $1,600 investment originally.

>> that's why I move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
with director Davis temporarily off the dais.

>> move adjourn.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That carries unanimously, Commissioner Davis still gone.

>> thank you very much.

>> thank you.
