>> item number 1 is a public hearing -- excuse me -- to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two 25-foot-wide easements along the common lot line of lot 1 of the rivercliff, section 2, phase a subdivision and lot 19 of the replat in precinct 3.

the purpose is to vacate a drainage easement between the two lots so that a house and a septic can be put on and not traverse the drainage easement.
they will be dedicating a new easement along one of the new lot lines and we know of no objection and we recommend this item.

>> any questions, court members? Would anyone like to give comments during this public hearing on item number 1?
