I have two or three questions that we need to discuss.
on number 14.
who is here on 14? The matter involving the request to sell surplus county land.
I'm not sure exactly where it is, we need legal advice also.
I suggest we take it up after executive session, unless y'all will be in executive session, on 14.
what I need is somebody to hand sketch where this is located.
we have done this two or three times before in the competitive process we used historically, makes all the sense in the world to me.
so the question would be legally, what options did we have if we don't need the property, it is fine with me to sell it.
however, we normally have some sort of competitive process.
