consultation with attorney and real property exceptions.
and we have been advised by the county attorney's office, namely john hilly, we do not need number 31 and we can pass it until next week, right?
so 31 will be back on the agenda on March 13th in the event that we need it.
we will discuss these matters in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.
>> we have returned from executive session where we discussed the items that we announced.
we did not complete our discussion of one of the items because we need to gather more information.
before completing that discussion.
so we will go -- we will reconvene in executive session, mid afternoon.
after we discuss two or three other items and I'm guessing that will take place at about 3:00.
I move that we recess for lunch until 1:30.
>> second.
>> all in favor?
that that passes by unanimous vote with Commissioner Gomez temporarily off the dais
>> we have come to executive session.
this morning we did not complete our discussion of item a1, no, not a1 but item number 30.
be potential acquisition of real property now owned by the mousing authority of Travis County and that was under consultation with the attorney and real estate exceptions so we will complete that discussion and during our discussions are the compensation issue, which was number 19, a couple of legal questions surfaced so we will take 19 into executive session and that's the report from the compensation committee regarding revisions to the last report we received plus the job analysis for market salary survey, and market adjustments and other compensation recommendations, implementation scheduled, and so 19 we will discuss under consultation with attorney exception, these are the only two items we will discuss with executive session this time.
we will return to open court before taking action.
We have returned from executive session where we discussed our second set of two items. And this morning we discussed a couple of others.
but we discussed item 19, the matter involving the compensation committee's report to the Commissioners' court.
we got legal questions answered.
in my view no action taken today.
we'll have this back on the court's agenda next week, though, for further consideration and hopefully action.
27 is a matter involving the proposed tax resale deed to esther f.
montoya.
I move that we approve the proposed tax resale deed to esther f.
montoya who has paid Travis County the sum of $4,847.38 in cash.

item 29 is a matter involving the issues or regarding the circuit of the americas in formula one.

is that good enough?
okay.
second by Commissioner Huber.
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
I think that does it for us today.
the 1115 waiver no action required today, right?
