Consent

View captioned video.

The consent items are next and posted for consent are c 1 through c 3.
any issues with any of those?

>> no.

>> let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion.
number 3, no action.
so no ban.
and we're continue to carry that item weekly in the event that we need it.
number 5.
7.
I've got a note here on number 6.

>> I'm going have to --

>> this says after -- after 19 in the afternoon.
so if we -- if in fact we call up 6, 6 a and b after item 19, we're not calling 19 up until 1:45.
that will kick it to probably an hour later.
my guess would be -- well, after 19 would be 2:30, 2:45.
so from 5 we go to 17 7 for 7 fe consent motion.
8.
9 a and b.
10.
11.
those are the two items we had the public hearing on.
12.
number 13 we're simply changing and to or.
14.
now, there is funding in 15 for number 6, but in my view we may as well go ahead and put that funding in the right line item.
so even if we don't act this afternoon on number 6, the money is just in the right line item.
so 15 would be part of the consent motion unless there is objection.

>> no.

>> number 17.
18.
23.
24.
25.
and number 26.

>> move approval of consent.

>> second.

>> and on 26 we're set to receive that.
would anyone like for us to pull any of the items we just listed for separate discussion?
all in favor?
that passes by unanimous vote.
