Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five-foot-wide public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 4 and 5, block g of river ridge in precinct 2.

the purpose of this is to vacate a public utility easement so that a house can be on one lot and the septic field could be on the adjacent lot and won't violate our rules.
we know of no objections to this and we recommend its approval.

if so, please come forward.
seeing none, I move the public hearing be closed.
